Come and try Ashtanga yoga – Yin yoga - Yoga for stress reduction, and find out more about how you can start to practice and introduce yoga into your life. Welcome to meet some of our teachers and get the answers to your questions about yoga - all in a relaxed and pleasant environment. Doors are open 11:15-14:30. There will be coffee, tea and refreshments. Please free to bring a friend! Existing members are welcome to bring friends and family for fika and to kick off the autumn semester!
