The spring schedule starts on 4 January 2021 – scroll down the page to see an overview. Mysore classes are held live AND online via Zoom. If you’re interested in online participation please read more here. We don’t teach on Full/new moon (only beginner’s courses continue as scheduled). Temporary schedule changes (on public holidays etc) and other news are announced in our newsletter, on the news/blog and/or on Facebook and Instagram. For everybody’s comfort please observe the shala guidelines and our special Covid19 regulations when you come to practice.
We open the studio 15 min before class and you have access to the premises then. On Sundays and public holidays we open at 08:30. All classes are drop-in except for beginners’ courses and workshops which require pre-registration. The latest drop-in on weekdays is 7.30 am (unless you plan to stay for self-practice) and on weekends/public holidays 10.15am. Please start your finishing sequence at latest with 20 minutes to go so that you can be finished and showered/changed when the class time is over. On weekdays existing cardholders may come for self-practice (unassisted) after the Mysore class in case you over sleep or had to work late.
You need a code to enter the building, therefore we ask you contact us before you come to practice the first time. Our address with a map to our location is found under Contact. Beginners should attend a course before coming to Mysore class. For a detailed description of our classes see the our class descriptions.
One Friday and one Sunday a month Mysore class is replaced by a guided FULL primary series class. The class suits all levels except complete beginners, BUT please be on time. On Sundays after the guided class we gather for Tea&Talk, a 45min Q&A session where we discuss a selected topic and answer any yoga related questions.
