Our summer schedule runs between 1 July-3 August 2019. The regular class schedule resumes on 4 August. You find both schedules below. You need a code to enter the building, therefore we ask you contact us before you come to practice the first time. We don’t teach on Moon-days (only beginner’s courses continue as scheduled). All classes are drop-in except for beginners’ courses and workshops which require pre-registration. Our address with a  to our location is found under ContactWe open the studio 15 min before class and you have access to the premises then. This means 6am in the morning and 4:15pm in the afternoon. On Sunday’s we open at 8.30am. Last admissions are at 7.30am, 17.30 and 10.15am respectively. Please start your finishing sequence at latest with 20 minutes to go so that you can be finished and showered/changed when the class time is over. For everybody’s comfort please observe the shala guidelines when you come to practice.

One Sunday a month Mysore class is replaced by a guided FULL primary series class. The class suits all levels except complete beginners, BUT please be on time. After the guided class we gather for Tea&Talk, a 30min Q&A session where we discuss a selected topic and answer any yoga related questions.
