Learn the skill of Awareness & the art of Self-practice

On Saturday 7 December Isabella teaches a guest workshop at a private shala near the Central Station in Copenhagen. See below for the topic of the day and schedule.

After a good Mysore morning practice and following a potluck brunch, Isabella will introduce you to subtle, therapeutic movement and breath awareness exercises for a better understanding of the principles of tristhana (asana, pranayama and dristhi), vinyasa and bandha. We end the session with a guided relaxation.

The final topic on the schedule is self-practice and how to stay motivated and keep up a regular practice? How do we handle difficulties on our path? What is the role of the teacher and what if we can’t see a teacher regularly? We discuss any challenges and issues that you may want to air with the group. Please reflect in advance and come prepared.

13:00-14:30 Basic Breathing & body awareness

15:00-16:30 Tea & Talk
