Our alternative after work class Friday-fun takes on a slower pace in the spring of 2020. In March (20/3) and April (24/4), Isabella teaches two special classes with focus on recovery, increased awareness and inner peace. The classes give an opportunity to unwind after the work week and recharge ahead of the weekend.

Participants are guided through easier and relaxing yoga poses in combination with various mindfulness techniques and breathing exercises. The purpose of the class is to learn how to reduce your stress levels through increased body and breath awareness. You are introduced to techniques and exercises that help you unwind (self-regulate) and are easily applied in everyday life.

All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome, including beginners. The teacher is Isabella Nitschke, certified relaxation therapist, stress manager/coach as well as an authorized Ashtanga yoga teacher (Level II) by Sharath Jois in Mysore.
